Borderdale studio are prize winning specialists in the conservation of stained glass for churches, cathedrals and other historic buildings. A partnership established in 1996 to combine over thirty years of experience in the conservation of stained glass from the medieval period through to the 20th century, dedicated to the conservation, repair and protection of windows from environmental deterioration and vandalism. The workshop has accreditation from ICON and BSMGP. Lucy Rutherford is a former Head of Conservation at York Minster with a reputation for excellence in conservation techniques. Based in Somerset between Wells and Shepton Mallet, we specialise in traditional and contemporary stained glass, acid etching, leaded lights, repairs and restoration.
